The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 8, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the age of 51), D (the age of 22) and the victim C (the age of 22) at the entrance of Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, about November 15:45, 2013, while she had a dispute with the victim C (the age of 51) and D (the age of 22). As a result, she was walking the victim C's knee-com and for a long time, and she was walking the victim D's face by drinking and walking the bridge several times.

2. The reasons for dismissing the prosecution of this case are the crimes falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Code, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Code. According to the written agreement bound in the trial records, the victims can be acknowledged as having withdrawn their wish to punish the defendant on November 20, 2014. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
