Criminal facts

The defendant is a public interest service personnel who has been assigned to the Daegu Urban Railroad Corporation and served as disaster and safety management support personnel.

No public duty personnel shall desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from September 17, 2012 to September 21, 2012, did not work without any justifiable reason for five days, from September 24, 2012 to September 26, 2012, and went away from service for at least eight days in total.
