1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a public duty personnel serving as Busan Shipping Daegu Office B and an environmental supervisor.

The Defendant, from May 30, 2013 to May 31, 2013, retired from service without justifiable grounds during the period from May 30, 2013 to May 31, 2013, July 22, 2013, and August 25, 2013 to August 29, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a public interest service personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
