A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who has violated the Chemicals Control Act shall take in or inhale hallucinogenic substances, or possess them for such purposes;

A. At around 20:00 on May 14, 2016, the Defendant, in a vinyl btel 603, btel in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, 2016, putting sludge, containing hallucinogenic substances, into a vinyl fluor, inhaled the co at the entrance of the Defendant.

B. At around 13:00 on May 15, 2016, the Defendant contained an industrial key to a contact with the luene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in a lux in the lux in the luxan voice located in the Chungcheong Northern Group, in a plastic lux, and inhaled cocon at the entrance of the lux.

2. Around 19:40 on May 15, 2016, the Defendant driving a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 10 km from the above Furher to the roads in which he/she is permanently able to make a permanent living.
