On June 19, 2014, around 19:05, the Defendant operated the C Village bus belonging to sexual source transportation at the Hanwadong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City.

The Defendant openly insultd the victim E (n.e., 17 years of age) with approximately 30 passengers on board the bus, namely, that he did not pay a charge to the victim E (n.e., her 17 years of age). The Defendant expressed that he did not see that he was p.m. in the Guideamama, whose fee was announced, and that he was p.m. in the night-time bus.”
