Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On August 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on October 17, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center.

1. No person who violates the Act in financial business specializing in credit transactions on August 2017 shall forge or alter a credit card by stealing another person's name;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with C, purchased counterfeited credit cards with a false credit card, and made it possible for the Defendant to endorse them. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the law of fraud and credit finance in J, along with K, purchased gold stuffs equivalent to KRW 4,488,00 in the market price from the “J” operated by the victim M in Daejeon-dong L, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and subsequently, submitted the forged national card (E) under the name of D as seen above as one of its own credit card holders to the sales slip, and signed it on the sales slip.
However, the credit card presented as above was forged, and the defendant and K did not have the intention or ability to pay the settlement price.
Nevertheless, the Defendant and K were accused of the victim as above, and the victim was issued a gold bling amounting to KRW 4,488,00 at the market price.
B. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the N’s Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, along with K, purchased gold bars equivalent to KRW 2,500,000 in the market price and gold boxes equivalent to KRW 2,310,00 in the market price from the “N” operated by the victim P of the victim P in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and completed a new card (G) in the name of F with the said means of payment.
