A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:06 on January 9, 201, the Defendant: (a) accessed the subway station platform of subway 4 lines located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 877-66, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) 27,000 won in cash, identification card, resident registration certificate, agricultural cooperative physical fitness card, two transportation card, welfare card, agricultural cooperative security card, etc., in which the victim was faced with his/her hand inside the bank in which the victim was faced, thereby cutting off one colored counter-folder owned by the victim.
