Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who works as a clerk of the C church meeting, was served with a notice on the result of the disposition of a complaint or accusation case, which was served by the victim D who was in opposition to the church in relation to the C church meeting, and received a notice on the result of the disposition of the complaint or accusation case, that D was subject to a disposition of KRW 1,50,000 from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, due to the assault or bodily injury.

1. Defamation;

A. From August 23, 2013, around 20:30 on August 23, 2013, a copy of the “Notice of Results of Disposition of Complaints or Accusations,” which the victim D who abused himself/herself, was subject to a fine disposition, thereby impairing the honor of the complainant by distributing it to the members of the mother church to the meeting of the Flag.

B. On August 25, 2013, around 10:30 on August 25, 2013, the notice of the disposition at issue included the phrase “the fine of KRW 1.5 million caused by assault to Chapter D. A” in the position of the head of the above church, and divided it to the members of the entrance road, and distributed it to the members on their table, thereby impairing the honor of the victim.

2. On August 23, 2013, the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (hereinafter “Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act”) was amended by accessing a computer installed in the place of the said C B B B B BC office to the Internet CC bulletin board of the Internet CCCCCF, and thus, “D has been punished for the crime of assaulting bodily injury to D head,” and “D head has been punished for the crime of assaulting bodily injury from the cCB.” The original D head tolds the members that he/she would have attempted to go beyond A head. It was immediately false. D head has been punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to the assault of bodily injury. The D head has been assaulted several times, and the public prosecutor’s office posted a notice of the result of disposition on the C BC bulletin board, thereby pointing out facts for the purpose of slandering the victim.
