1. The instant lawsuit is premised on the claim to nullify the invalidity of the former Constitution and the implementation rules of the Constitution of the Korean Film Association.

1. Basic facts

A. The Korea Honorary Diplomatic Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Diplomatic Association”) is a branch church belonging to the Seoul East-dong, Seoul, among the labor associations belonging to the order of the general assembly (integrated) of the Korea Honorary Religious Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant’s general assembly”).
