1. Basic facts

A. The dispute between the plaintiff church and the defendant's members (1) The plaintiff church is a branch church belonging to the Diplomatic Association Em Union of A religious Organizations (hereinafter "Em Union"), which was transferred to the plaintiff church and the defendant's members, and on December 21, 2003, F, who was a member tree, was moved to the plaintiff church, and the defendant was appointed as a member tree on the same day.
