A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant driven a D Poter vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.159% from the 9km section of approximately 9km to the front road of the Geumyang-si, Seoyang-si, Yyangyang-si, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 15:04, the Defendant driven a D Poter vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.159% from the 9km section to the front road of the Geumyang-si, Yyang-si.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, presented the forged signature to H as if the signature was genuine, and exercised it.
