1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
가. 일제강점기 당시 조선토지조사령에 의하여 작성된 토지조사부에 의하면, 경기 이천군 G 답 3,218평, H 전 786평, I 답 961평(이하, ‘이 사건 사정토지들’이라고 한다)은 그 사정명의인이 경성부 J동(京城府 J洞)에 주소를 둔 소외 K로 기재되어 있다.
B. The details of the change due to the reasons such as cadastral restoration, preservation of ownership, merger, etc. on the land of this case are as follows.
Land Cadastral Recovery (hereinafter “instant land”). Of E, the part on which the land of this case was combined is 69 square meters in order to connect each point of the items indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 3, 4, 9 through 15, 22, 21, and 3, and the part on which the land of this case was combined among the parts on which the land of this case was combined is 698 square meters in order to connect each point of the items listed in the annexed drawing No. 2, 3, 12 through 17, 4 through 82, and 641 square meters in the attached drawing No. 3.
U.S. U.S. as the supporting father of the plaintiffs died on November 8, 1930 and became the inheritor of the plaintiffs, and since V died on January 8, 194, the father of the plaintiffs became the inheritor again, and as W died on February 20, 1992, the plaintiff A, B, and C were married with A, AB, and IB, and I move to the United States, according to her husband's gender when I acquired U.S. nationality.
