1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 48,597,060 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 29, 2014 to June 9, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person with the objective of providing a small-term juvenile and a general yacht, training outstanding players, etc.
(2) Defendant B, as the owner of the vehicle C during the term (hereinafter “the term of this case”), runs the construction machinery rental business in the name of “D”, and Defendant A is an employee of “D”, who operates the term of this case.
