Punishment of the crime

[ criminal facts, around 04:20 on August 6, 2001, the Defendant led the victim by threatening-gu Seoul Gangdong-gu, Seoul, by threatening-gu, the victim D (at the time, 24 years of age), who was waiting to intrude into the house by opening a string door, and then threatening the victim's house when the victim was waiting to enter the house through a string door, and by threatening the victim to “I will throw away the knish face with the sound.”
