Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Seog Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 30, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul East House on April 28, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is a victim B (n, 75 years of age).
1. Destruction and damage of special property;
A. At around 10:00 on June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim’s money at the “D” restaurant owned by the victim located in Asan City; (b) on the grounds that the victim did not have any money; (c) thereby, the Defendant destroyed the repair cost by putting up one of the locks 8, 8, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, hallway glass window of the first floor, the victim’s possession of the live object, which is a dangerous object, and then did not have any money.
B. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the above place on July 12:05, on the ground that the victim, who suffered such damage, avoided the Defendant from leaving the house and did not receive the Defendant’s telephone after leaving the house; and (b) installed three entrances of the restaurant and three windows of the glass, which are dangerous things at the place, and damaged the unrepair.
2. At around 21:00 on June 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) filed a civil petition with the victim by inserting a traffic sign installed at the entrance of a restaurant building to remove the traffic sign; and (b) requested the victim to affix his/her seal on the petition; (c) when the Defendant had the victim and the victim pay for the cost, the Defendant had a knife, a dangerous object in the kitchen, with a knife, which was in the kitchen, and “dembly, is not taken into his/her own house, and is not taken into his/her inner door, she would not take the horse; and (d) when she acted in the same way as knife the body of the Defendant.”
The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 30, 2017 and executed a sentence in the Seoul Eastern Detention Center on April 28, 2018.
