1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. 5) On July 18, 2016, Defendants and D, along with the above H and I, came to the “G senior citizen center” above around July 18, 2016, and Defendant B opened the entrance door through the toilet window, and entered the center for senior citizens through the door of D, H, I, and Defendant A.

Accordingly, the Defendants infringed upon the structures managed by the injured party in collaboration with D, H, and I.

B. The Defendants and D, who committed the crime on July 10, 2016, committed the crime on July 10, 2016, are on July 10, 2016, in the Dong-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
