Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 957"
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant, Q and R;
A. On March 2016, the crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) (1) committed on March 2016, Defendant, Q, and R entered the center for senior citizens through the entrance door opened by the Defendant and entered Q and R into the center for senior citizens through the entrance door, which was held by the victim T on March 2016, at around 00:30 on the date of the mid-term order of 2016, the “U senior citizens’ hall” managed by the victim T in Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collaboration with Q, R, V, and W, invadedd on a structure managed by the injured party.
B. On July 10, 2016, the Defendant, Q and R committed a crime on July 10, 2016 (1) and the Defendant, Q and R were demoted around 00:30 on July 10, 2016.
