Plaintiff

The plaintiffs except G are those who were employed as the defendant's street cleaners as shown in the name column in the separate sheet Nos. 2, 3, and 4, and the plaintiff G is those who worked as the defendant's street cleaners from August 22, 2008.

B. The Plaintiffs were the workers belonging to the Seo-gu Cleanup Trade Union, Daejeon Metropolitan City, the Federation of the Korean Labor Unions (hereinafter “the instant Trade Union”). However, according to the collective agreement between the instant union and the Defendant from 2005 to 2007 and the wage agreements incidental thereto, the Plaintiffs’ ordinary wages were set forth as four items, such as “basic pay, special work allowance, work encouragement allowance, and household subsidy.”
