Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2009, at around 01:25, the Defendant smoked in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Babel, and Gashed the victim C(28 years of age) outside of the age of her face, spits the victim’s face, spits the bat, and fats the victim’s face, and fats the victim’s face, and fats the victim’s face.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the above C, such as brain salute requiring treatment for about three weeks.
