The defendant is a person who resides in a residential area and works as a visiting engineer B from B.

피고인은 2013. 12. 2. 08:20경부터 09:53경까지 자신의 주거지인 대전 동구 C, 302호(D)에서 피해자 E(여, 32세), F과 함께 맥주를 마시다가 F이 바닥에 누워 잠이 든 후, 피해자도 술에 취해 침대 위에 올라가 누워 잠을 청하자, 피해자의 옆에 누워 피해자가 허락할 것으로 생각하고 동인의 하의를 손으로 끄집어내려 성관계를 시도했으나, 피해자가 이를 거절하기 위해 오른손으로 피고인의 왼뺨을 2대 때리자 이에 화가 나, 피해자의 배 위에 올라앉아 동인의 양쪽 얼굴 부위를 양 주먹으로 10회 가량 때리고, 목 아래 부분을 양 주먹으로 10회 가량 때리는 등 폭행하여 피해자로 하여금 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 흉곽 전벽의 타박상 의증, 복벽의 타박상 의증, 기타 손목 및 손 부분의 타박상 의증, 기타 머리 부분의 표재성 손상 의증ㆍ타박상, 기타 목 부분의 표재성 손상 의증ㆍ타박상을 가하였다.
