Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In order to construct buildings, change the purpose of use, change the form and quality of land, etc. within a development-restricted area, permission from the competent authorities shall be obtained.
