A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president who lent the name of "D Entertainment room" in Gangnam-si C and the third floor, and E is an actual business owner who operates the above game room, and F, sexually G is an employee who performs remaining work, such as F, money exchange heart, tobacco heart, etc.

1. No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, or display or keep such products for such purposes;

From January 11, 2013 to February 14, 2013, the Defendant conspired with E, F, and sexually unsound G, and provided an unspecified number of customers with a game content different from the content of the game content as classified by the game content rating committee, even though the Defendant obtained 5,00 points or more as a result of running the game, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with E, F, and sexually unsound G; (b) in the above game site, “railroad travel” was the game software in a lucent manner; and (c) in the three picture card in the center of the screen, the “railroad travel” was the game product in which one is found; and (d) in the event that the Defendant obtained 5,00 points or more as a result of running the game, the Defendant automatically discharged the gift, and provided it for use of the game content different from the content of the rating.

2. No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

From January 11, 2013 to February 14, 2013, the Defendant conspired with E, F, and sexually unsound G in collusion with customers, and exchanged the card in the shape of book volume which customers acquired using the said game in the said game room with KRW 4,500 per share in the said game room.
