Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on August 26, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence in Gwangju Prison on April 27, 2011.

Criminal facts

1. On December 12, 201, from around 18:59 to December 19:32, 201, the Defendant entered the “Cpcam in Ansan-si B” located in Ansan-si for about 48 hours, and expressed the same attitude as the Defendant had the intent and ability to pay service fees to the victim, who is the above scambling operator, to enter the said scambling service (1,200 won), and used the computer for 48 hours (48,40 won).

As such, the Defendant was provided with a total of 51,700 won, such as pcambing service from the victim D, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. From around 08:43 on December 18, 201 to around 20:40 on December 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) entered Ansan-si E in Ansan-si for about 11 hours; (b) induced the victim G in the manner described in the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1) and obtained a total of KRW 41,400, such as pccam use services, by deceiving the victim G in the manner described in the foregoing 1.

3. On December 21, 201, from around 00:19 to 11:20 the same day, the Defendant entered the PC room of the second floor H in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, as a customer, and was provided with KRW 7,900 in total, including pcambing services, by deceiving the victim J in the same manner as the above 1.

The Defendant of “2012 High-level 2395” from around 16:53 on December 10, 201 to around 07:22 on November 11, 201, the third floor of the member KK building in Gyeonggi-si. The fact in the “M” room operated by the victim L was not in money, and even in the Internet game, etc., despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the amount, the Defendant did not use the game, etc. for about 14 hours by deceiving the victim, and did not pay the amount of 14,500 won.
