When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “C” in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B.

No one shall conduct acts and facilities prohibited in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones.

Nevertheless, from July 3, 2016 to September 7, 2016, the Defendant operated the party hall at a place less than about 24 meters away from the boundary of D elementary school, which is a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone.
