Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall commit any act or install in any school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, which is detrimental to public morals or has an influence on juveniles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority from January 2, 2013 to April 22, 2013, installed approximately 130 meters from C Middle Schools located in School Environmental Sanitation and Cleanup Zone B, and operated the party platform of “D” in a place where approximately 14 meters away from around 130 square meters.
