Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.154% on blood alcohol level around 17:05, and was driving Category C motor vehicles owned by B, the spouse of which is around 14 km from the Gero-dong in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the 151 amyang-ro, Namyang-ro, Namyang-si.
