Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a game related business entity that operates a game room under the trade name of "G" on the first floor of the F building in Busan Dong-gu, and Defendant B, C, and D is an employee of the above game room.
1. No person who defendant A shall provide game products with contents different from those classified by the Game Rating Board for the distribution or use thereof;
Nevertheless, from around 09:00 on October 26, 2012 to around 15:40 on November 16, 2012, the Defendant established and operated 24 underwater game machine from the above “G” to operate business. On the game game machine, which was deliberated upon by the Game Rating Board, selected the two different types of forests among the three different types of forests on the screen by the user, and found the different types of forests over five stages, the Defendant provided a large number of customers with the modified game products, regardless of the game user’s ability.
