Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2014, Defendant B and C performed the alcohol together with H and C, which was a female-gu of the victim A(30 years of age) who was the Defendant, at the Gposi located in Jeju City F, around 01:00.

The victim found H and B, who was at the entrance of the main point of the victim, and found H and B, and called “H, width,” and Defendant B, who was on the part of the defect that he tried to catch and attract H’s hand, began to bher on the street, and bherb and flap each other, with their body fighting.

이에 화가 난 피고인 B은 주먹으로 피해자 A의 얼굴을 1회 때리면서 서로 부둥켜안고 주먹으로 A의 얼굴과 몸통을 수회 때리고 넘어지게 하여 발로 수회 A의 얼굴부위와 몸통부위를 걷어찼다.

C With the victim's face from the victim A, the victim's face was taken one time, and the victim's face was taken over several times by drinking it.

계속하여 피고인 B, C은 합세하여 발로 넘어진 피해자 A의 몸통과 얼굴부위를 수회 짓밟고 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim A, such as a spatha during a period of up to two weeks.

2. At the time and place of the preceding paragraph, Defendant A, along with the above Defendants, was taken to drink the victim H (the age 21, n, n) who drinks alcohol together with the said Defendants. In the middle, Defendant A’s face part of the victim H (the age 21) who drinks the alcohol at a drinking time. Defendant A’s face, who continues to speak, took the victim C’s face, and took one time to drink the victim H’s face part.

As a result, the defendant put the victim B on a studio room which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
