Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had suffered approximately KRW 80 million from May 2013 to April 2014 from D, who was aware of the fact that he had received approximately KRW 80,000,000 from D, but had not received such payment, and had been asked to make a registration certificate at the beginning of April 2017, the Defendant received a demand for the creation of a registration certificate from D to accept the demand.

2. On April 30, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime under the name of the head of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which received a download from the Defendant’s own computer in accordance with the content of the registration certificate known to D around April 30, 2017.
