A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of October 2016 to January 8, 2017, the Defendant is a space between the victim C (nive, 29 years of age, 29 years of age) and the victim.

4. The Defendant, at around 04:00 on January 8, 2017, posted the victim’s clothes at the same place as that set forth in paragraph (1) of the said Article, and took the victim’s clothes back to his house, but refused to do so, laid off the victim’s clothes on the next floor, forced the victim’s clothes, and pushed off the Defendant’s body.
