A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant is in charge of medication and possession of a metroopopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

A. On August 2019, 2019, in a manner of dilution approximately 0.03g of clophonephones, which are psychotropic substances, into the water and injecting them into the single-use c, within the Defendant’s house Kimhae apartment C, the Defendant’s house;

(b)on August 2019, approximately 0.03g of philophonephones are administered once in the same manner at the same place as Staff Habman, and

(c) Medication approximately 0.03g of philophones at the same place on September 14, 2019 in the same manner at approximately 0.03g of philophones;

D. On September 16, 2019, 200, in which the sum of 1.77gs in the “Eel” room in the “Eel” room located in Kimhae-siD was possessed by philophones by keeping two plasticphones in the Defendant’s bank.

2. 마약류 광고 피고인은 2019. 9. 16. 17:00경 위 1의 가항 기재 장소에서 휴대폰으로 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’에 접속한 후, 같이 필로폰을 투약할 여성을 모집할 목적으로 필로폰을 의미하는 은어와 줄임말을 조합하여 ‘G’이라는 닉네임으로 “ㅊㅅ 아시는 분”이라는 제목의 글을 게시하는 방법으로 마약류 광고를 하였다.
