A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2018, at around 10:27, the Defendant driven a C rocketing vehicle owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 200 meters away from the entrance distance at the entrance of the Suwon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Nam-gu, to the 192-ro 134-ro Do-ro 134.
