A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a disabled person of Grade III with intellectual disability and the victim C (V, 20 years of age) is a disabled person of Grade II with intellectual disability, and the defendant became aware of the above victim through approximately two years of female job offers D.

1. Around March 7, 2013, the Defendant, around 01:00 on March 7, 2013, was to be accommodated with the victim of the Felel 305 in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.

The Defendant: (a) had a defect in sexual intercourse with the victim; (b) had the victim refused to be the victim’s speech, had both knee-knee-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kning the victim’s resistance by suppressing the victim’s resistance; and (c) had sexual intercourse with the victim, thereby

2. Crimes committed on March 8, 2013;

A. At around 02:00 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim was under the influence of alcohol at HMoel located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) found that the victim was under the influence of alcohol; and (c) sexual intercourse with the victim, who was in the state of failing to resist due to being able to resist, was raped.

B. At around 07:00 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim was divingd at the same place as the above paragraph (a), and raped the victim, who was a disabled person, in a state of failing to resist due to potential sexual intercourse, with his/her clothes off, and once sexual intercourse.

3. Crimes committed on March 9, 2013;

A. On March 9, 2013, at around 00:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim was divingd at the Jurdo located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and attempted to rape in the victim’s clothes, the Defendant was raped by having the victim sexual intercourse one time with the victim’s body by taking the victim’s body into two arms to prevent the victim from getting out of his body.

B. On March 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on March 23:30, 201 that the victim was divingd at the Lel located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
