1. On December 2013, 2013, 2000 won and 700,000,000 won among the Plaintiff’s YIEP Co., Ltd.

On September 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”) on the research and design technology in relation to the construction work among the construction work for the installation of the distribution business facilities for both lots of land (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project”) located on the land of the 89-7m2 and 33 lots of land (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) located on the surface of the 1,980,000,000 won (including value-added tax) among the 1,980,000 won (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project”).

On March 2012, the plaintiff asserts that the date of preparation of the contract is a clerical error, and the time of conclusion of the contract shall be determined by the service performance period specified in Gap evidence 1-2 and Gap evidence 12.

The traffic impact analysis and improvement plan formulated under the instant project (including value-added tax) with Defendant Yan Plastics (hereinafter “instant contract”) on a service charge of KRW 77,00,000 for service cost (including value-added tax), and the traffic impact analysis and improvement plan formulated under the instant project on May 24, 2012, the traffic impact analysis and improvement plan deliberation committee completed deliberation on the traffic impact analysis and improvement plan conducted under the Plaintiff’s implementation of the instant contract Nos. 1 and 2 contracts.

On February 2, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract of KRW 77,00,00 (including value-added tax) for the service price of KRW 77,00,00 for the traffic impact analysis and improvement plan (including main storage facilities, site area of 93,737 square meters, total floor area of 395,739.74 square meters, parking demand of 1,269 square meters, and traffic volume of generated 4,804 square meters/days) pursuant to the instant project (hereinafter “instant third contract”). On March 19, 2013, the Korea Sea Impact Analysis and Improvement Policy Deliberation Committee at the time of the instant contract (hereinafter “instant contract”). On March 19, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract of KRW 1,2,00,000 (including value-added tax).
