1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 77,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 25, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. Comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number), the plaintiff entered into a service contract with the defendant on October 30, 2018 (hereinafter "the service contract in this case") with the content that he/she orders the work of underground safety impact assessment and ground investigation from Incheon Office to 77,000,000 won for services (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply). ② The defendant agreed to pay the plaintiff KRW 44,00,000 at the time of submitting a supplementary report on underground safety impact assessment, the final approval of underground safety impact assessment, and KRW 33,00,000 at the time of submitting a supplementary report on underground safety impact assessment to the plaintiff. ③ The plaintiff conducted underground safety impact assessment and ground investigation pursuant to the service contract in this case. The defendant submitted a written underground safety impact assessment prepared by the plaintiff to the Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone Authority, ④ The defendant has received additional notice from the defendant on February 8, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as 309).

According to the above facts, the plaintiff performed all of the service duties under the service contract of this case. Thus, the defendant, barring any special circumstance, calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 25, 2019 to the day of full payment after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.
