Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

Defendant

C around December 2018, Defendant B suggested to operate a mobile phone sales store in the name of Defendant B at around December 2018, stating that “The elderly, illegal aliens, and bad credit holders, who are unable to open a mobile phone under their own name, will be able to get profits if they buy and operate a cell phone sales store.” Defendant B and Defendant A complained of the difficulty of Defendant C because they could not seek identification card, etc. from another person to open a cell phone sales store in the name of another person.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to open to the other party a copy of the identification card, such as the passport of a foreigner who had been kept in custody prior to Defendant C, using it, and sell it to the other party.

On February 12, 2019, Defendant B and Defendant A, following the above public invitation, opened the J-type trial through the radio operator I using a copy of the passport in the name of “H,” a foreigner provided by Defendant C, and around that time, sold the same to the person who was unaware of the name.

The Defendants conspired to open a total of 41 core chips from around that time to February 28, 2019, and sold the same to the names in secret, and provided telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator for the purpose of communications by others.
