A shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, by imprisonment for 1 year and 2 months, and by imprisonment for 1 year and 1 year.
(b).
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed an advertisement against foreigners staying in the Republic of Korea, making an advertisement that provides them with a free prepaid session, receive a copy of passport, etc. from them, and then deliver only one prepaid to the nominal owner, or purchase a copy of a foreigner’s passport from the passport sales business operator, and then arbitrarily prepare a prior prepaid telephone contract in their names, and then submit it to the separate telecommunications business operator for the purpose of selling the foreigner’s passport.
The Defendants, at the expense of Defendant C and Defendant B, opened a mobile phone agency of the trade name “I” in “I” at the Dong-gu, Gyeonggi-do, the member-gu, Gyeonggi-do, and then Defendant A, through SNS advertisements, intended to recruit the opening name of the opening name through SNS advertisements, and sell the roles of opening the prepaid depth and selling the opened prepaid mind by using a copy of the passport issued by them and a copy of the passport purchased by C. Defendant C, the role of purchasing a copy of the passport, and selling the opened prepaid mind by Defendant A, and Defendant B, the role of advertising the sales of the prepaid, and selling the prepaid mind through Defendant A.

The Defendants, around September 8, 2017, posted an advertisement “to provide a pre-paid mobile phone free of charge to students in the line, and a pre-paid mobile phone free of charge to students in the class of Mongolia,” which read “the names and descendants of the class of Mongolia, living in Korea,” which was employed by the Defendants in the above I, and reported and contacted by the Defendants.
