A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) followed the “C” building located in Jeju-si B on March 18, 2019; and (b) used the gap in which a victim D (53 years of age) employees left a vehicle height in the parking lot and returned home, thereby thefting the said victim’s vehicle by driving the said vehicle in Eland, the market price of which is equivalent to six million won.

B. At around 00:30 on March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off 10,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership in the above vehicle using a cresh in which the victim’s G (28 years of age) parked H coaches or vehicles without locking the vehicle door, and then cut off 10,000 won of the market value of the above victim’s ownership in the above vehicle; (b) 10,000 won of the 150,000 won of the market value; (c) 1,000,000 won of the 150,000 won of the market value; and (d) 1,000,000 won of the male list on each one of modern credit card.

2. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased an additional fluorous tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500,00, at the convenience point of the operation of the Victim J (Inn, 52 years old) by the victim J (Inn, 52 years old) at Jeju on March 18, 201.

As described in paragraph (1), the new physical card in the name of G was presented to the above victim and settled as if it were the Defendant’s credit card, and it was received from the above victim and used the stolen credit card.
