A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2018, the Defendant served as a driver of the Victim C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) in Jeju City for about one year, and came to know that the buses parked on the garage of the Victim Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) were in the vehicle of the Victim Co., Ltd., (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”). The Defendant: (a) 20-liters prepared in advance moved 2 and 20-liters to the vehicle of the Defendant’s ownership to the above garage at night while carrying 20-liters onto the above garage; and (b) intruded into the bus at night; and (c) cut off the bus through the fuel tank of the bus parked parked with oil and oil oil, and was able to steal it by loading it on the above low-est other vehicle.

On August 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 22:15 on August 2, 2020, on the garage of the victim company operated and managed by E in Jeju, and infringed on the garage; (b) putting the oil in the F bus and numberless bus belonging to the victim company parked therein the oil in the fuel tank of each of the above bus; and (c) 40 liter of the light oil owned by the victim company located in the fuel tank by the victim company located in the fuel tank by dividing about 48,00 liter of the light oil owned by the victim company located in the fuel tank by 20 liter by dividing it into 20 liter, and then carrying it on the above liter vehicle.
