Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 25, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, a company specialized in the construction of apartment units and the establishment, plan, and implementation of real estate Riz, which are the implementer of the apartment units of 58,660 square meters and 102 parcel of land outside the Seoul-si, Pakistan, concluded a service contract with the Defendant stating that “the Plaintiff shall be provided with specialized business planning and consultation necessary for selling the remaining quantity after general sale in relation to the above-mentioned implementation project,” and partly supplemented the contents thereafter. Article 3 (Scope of Services) The scope of services for “this project” shall be as follows:
