A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant forged air defense and forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

Around February 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated the said vehicle with a forged number plate attached, as prescribed in paragraph (1), from Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to Goyang-si (Da) to Goyang-si (hereinafter “D”); (b) around March 13, 2020; and (c) from around that time to around March 13, 2020, the Defendant operated the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged air defense, and at the same time denied the forged registration number plate.

3. On March 13, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle B in the section of about 5km from the 5km section to the front road of the "D" located in the Ilyang-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, Manyang-si without obtaining a driver's license at around 08:40 on March 13, 2020.
