Defendant
A is a person who works as the representative of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “E”) in Changwon-si, who is in charge of the conclusion of contracts and business of facility construction, etc. from September 2013 to November 2017. Defendant B is a person in charge of business as the president of E from September 2013 to September 2017. Defendant C is a person who has been in charge of business as the president of E from February 2018.
F is a person who, around February 2014, entered into the Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “H”) and works as a purchasing room member until March 2018. From April 2018, F is a person in charge of the selection of a construction company ordered by H, entering into a contract, budget management and execution, purchase of materials, process management, delivery inspection, etc., and I is a F father, who operates the K cafeteria at the south-gu, Y as a F father.
