1. 철도안전법위반 피고인은 2018. 10. 10. 17:50경 부산 동래구 B에 있는 부산지하철 1호선, 4호선 C 지하3층 환승통로에서 행인들에게 “너희들은 전부 빨갱이 새끼들이다”라고 소리치며 난동을 부리던 중, 위 소란에 대한 보고를 받고 출동한 C 부역장 D, 역무원 E으로부터 제지를 당하자 왼손으로 D의 오른쪽 뺨을 1회 때리고, 이에 D, E에게 C 역무실로 연행되어 그곳에서 “이 빨갱이 새끼들 다 죽여 버려야 한다, 이 썅놈의 새끼들, 너희 전부 다 빨갱이지, 이 씨발 새끼들아”라고 욕설하고, D의 넥타이를 잡아당기고, E의 얼굴에 침을 뱉고, 발로 E의 정강이를 2회 걷어찼다.

2.
