Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B B B B B B B BB car.

On April 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:30 on April 25, 2019, and made the front road of the Seoul Western-gu C turn to the left from the 4-dong community service center.

Since a crosswalk is installed on the front side, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a road to reduce speed and to see well the right and the right of the road, and to drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not discover the victim D (the age of 51) who cross the crosswalk from the left side to the right side in accordance with the pedestrian signals due to the negligence of neglecting this, and did not discover the victim D (the age of 51). The defendant got the victim to go beyond the ground with the left side of the motor vehicle front of the motor vehicle. The part of the victim's bridge was the front front of the left side of the motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during about 12 weeks, such as the side spawn on the right spawn, which requires treatment.
