The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the Defendant’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 111 Dong 202; (b) the Defendant was dismissed from office by the Dong representative on June 14, 2013; (c) despite his/her dismissal from office on the same day, the Defendant also lost the status of the president of the council of occupants’ representatives, the Defendant, using computer dboard, prepared “the holding and public announcement of the council of occupants’ representatives: the date and time: 20:00 on November 22, 2013; and (d) the place: the office of the representatives of the second floor occupants, the office of the council of occupants’ representatives of the second floor, and the chairman A of the council of occupants’ representatives on November 15, 2

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a letter of public announcement of holding the council of occupants' representatives, which is a private document, and exercised it.

2. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made use of computer puts on the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (1), “The holding and public announcement of the council of occupants’ representatives; (b) the date and time: 19:00 on November 29, 2013; and (c) the place: the meeting room for the representatives of the second floor occupants; and (d) the chairperson of the council of occupants’ representatives of the second floor residents’ representatives on November 25, 2013; (b) marked the seal of the council of occupants’ representatives on the name A; and

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared a letter of public announcement of holding the council of occupants' representatives, which is a private document, and exercised it.
