A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The election commission of the Republic of Korea in Gwangju-si is an organization that does not exist as a dissolved organization after the public notice of dissolution on December 27, 2010 when the election of the representatives of each Dong of C was completed on December 4, 2010, and the defendant is not qualified as the chairperson of the commission.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. Preparation of qualification documents;

Around June 12, 2012, a written public notice stating that “A member of the C Apartment Election Commission” shall be publicly announced in the form A4 and “C Apartment Election Commission” was written in the form of broad name C 208 Dong 504, and the signature and seal of C Election Commission was affixed on the name next to the name.

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the defendant has forged one copy of the public notice by gathering the qualification of the chairman of the apartment election commission.

B. A around June 13, 2012

In the same place as Paragraph A4, a public notice stating that “The results of the C Apartment Election Commission Committee shall be publicly announced” was prepared in A4 form, stating “A chairperson of the C Apartment Election Commission” in the column, and affixing the official seal of C Election Commission on the name next to the name.

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the defendant has forged one copy of the public notice by gathering the qualification of the chairman of the apartment election commission.

C. A around June 13, 2012:

In the same place as Paragraph A4, a statement of the result of the committee's notification attached to the notification of dismissal of the C Apartment 206 Dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong hereinafter was prepared and attached, and the C election commission's official seal

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the defendant's qualification as the chairman of the apartment election commission without authority and forged one copy of the public notice.
