(2) With respect to the conclusion of a contract for sale of an object, A shall pay to B a service charge for each household equivalent to the cumulative sale rate as follows:

Provided, That where the number of households of the project is changed due to the change of the project plan, it shall be paid based on the sale rate according to the changed total number of households.
