Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private investigation documents on July 2016;

A. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at a law firm C office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, on or around July 2016, the Defendant’s mother did not notify the attorney-at-law E of the fact despite his death on or around September 1, 1978; (b) did not notify the Defendant’s mother of the fact; and (c) had E enter the “D” and “D” in the form of the mandate; and (d) had the agent affix his seal prepared in advance on or around the name of the mandator.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation of litigation in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On July 8, 2016, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court at the Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court at the 157 Seoul Central District Court, had an employee under the name of the above law firm, who is unaware of the above fact, submit the forged petition to the public official of the court who is unable to know his/her name, as if it was duly constituted.

2. Forgery of private documents and display of private investigation documents around October 2017;

A. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant, at a law firm C office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, on or around September 1, 207, failed to notify the attorney-at-law E of the fact that the Defendant’s mother had already died on or around September 1, 1978, and caused E to enter “D” and “D (F)” in the form of the mandate, and had the mandator affix the seal of the said D’s name prepared in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation of litigation in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On October 30, 2017, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Western Central District Court, the Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, 157, submitted the forged petition to a public official of the court who is unable to know the name of the above law firm as if it was duly formed.
