Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On October 4, 2011, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution for embezzlement at the District Court of Jung-gu District on April 13, 201 and the above judgment became final and conclusive on April 13, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
Defendant B is a person who sells a vehicle in the middle line with the trade name of “B” and Defendant A was a person who operated a credit business office prior to, and was requested by “F” on December 2, 2011, but he was aware that normal loan is difficult in light of the said F’s credit standing, the financial institutions used the fact that the said F would damage installment loans by taking advantage of the fact that the said F would actually purchase the said F’s vehicle as if the said F actually purchased the vehicle, and submitted it to the said financial institutions, and tried to see “motor vehicle ---------------------------------------------------------------
1. On December 22, 2011, Defendant A and B conspireded to forge official document forgery in a door-to-door area located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the facts are as follows: (a) although the said F acquired the “Class 2 Motor Vehicle Driver’s License” in the name of the Seoul Police Agency at the time of the said F, Defendant A and B added the phrase “Class 2 Ordinary Motor License” of a Class 2 ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license whose source is known to make the said F would have acquired the “Class 2 Motor Vehicle Driver’s License”; and (b) copied it to the part “Class 2 Motor” of the said F
As a result, Defendant A and B forged a driver's license under the name of the director of the Seoul Local Police Agency, a public document without authority for the purpose of exercising their authority.
