A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2016 Highest 2147" shall provide or lease a private motor vehicle for commercial use, other than a motor vehicle, for transport with compensation.

Nevertheless, on April 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:14, in front of the new active duty-related debate in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, brought an unspecified number of substitute drivers on board the B, which is an automobile for private use, to be loaded on the 1,000 to 3,000 won per person for each section; and (b) transported the hand-on operation of Suwon-si via Sungnam-si and Chungcheongnam-si.

Accordingly, the defendant provided private cars other than commercial automobiles for transportation with compensation.

No person of "2016 Highest 2462" shall provide or lease any private motor vehicle for transport with compensation other than a commercial motor vehicle.

1. On April 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:16, the Defendant: (b) on the front day of new active service in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Seo-gu (Seoul), sent the general public and substitute drivers on his/her name in front of his/her active service, to the Plaintiff, who was born from 1,000 to 3,000 won per person, a private car; and (c) transported the Defendant to the Jindong in Gangnam-gu

On June 11, 2015, at around 01:07, the Defendant: (a) on the front day of the new debate under the foregoing paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant: (b) loaded the general public and substitute drivers on his/her name in front of active duty service; (c) took the vehicle from 1,000 to 3,000 won per person; and (d) transported to the front day of the gold basin located in the Geumdong-gu, Sungnam-si.

3. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:18, at the Seo-gu Seo-gu Seo-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) was in front of active duty service, and (c) was sent from 1,000 to 3,000 won per person, a private car; and (d) was transported to the front path of the Newcheon Station located in the Dong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
